Very nice link. 
I am liking all of the new Southern boutique whiskey brewers that are popping up all over the South as well, including Georgia.
But nothing like Kentucky where you have more barrels of aging whiskey currently in state than you have resident humans.

Nice. I can see it happening. Great college town with a variety of micro-breweries. Sounds delicious.

I have went to HS with one of the guys from CC and have been following them for a while. Can't wait to get up to Athens and try the brews.
Me and a couple of friends have done some home brewing and have thought about starting a brewery here in Rome.
