I'd figure you'd be stepping into waders.

Also that part of the Chattooga is a little bit rougher, I haven't been there in a long time. The trail that goes for miles and you aren't even close to the river without bushwacking. Very annoying, and its not even worth it because everytime I think I've gone far enough, there's a guy fishing in the next spot, and the next spot, and the next spot. I try to avoid that area, too much work, not enough fishing.

YEA, that area is rough. I think it will probably be too hot for waders. May-October is wader sleeping time here in the South. Some people wear waders all year long but I like wet wading and cooling off while I'm fishing. Yea, I wasn't planning on spending $200 bones on some pants but I can't find any. Looks like it will be shorts time.
