CSPD types are the same as 2ID MPs in Tongduchon...start a fight, then flash your badge when they're losing.

I don't know. I wasn't there.
I can only go by the news report.
But on the surface, it seems shitty.
Fighting? Yeah, intervene.
Looking like he may fight? That's murky water.
That said, these players need to think, as well as do a better job of looking out for each other.
