Would be about par for the course, here are the numbers for GA using Rivals like the OP:

2008 - 18
2009 - 14
2010 - 21
2011 - 17
2012 - 18
2013 - 16
2014 - 20
2015 - 28

I expect us to get around 8-9 of those. Probably should be more, but I'll be fine with it as long as we're filling in the gaps with highly rated guys from other states, like Sony Michel.
