I was invited to see it tonight and I found it to be surprisingly good. I knew the message would be good but the story and acting were both really well done. It was a little cheesy but not even in the same galaxy as facing the giants.
I'd recommend it.

I saw it last Friday night. Whoever the professor was did a really good job
