When I see someone with an iPhone, I typically think "koolaid drinker." I had an iPhone and thought it was great until I got my first android phone. IPhone is waaay behind the droids in innovation. The last update to iOS had a bunch of standard droid features in it.

I've had two smart phones - The iphone 3gs and a galaxy S4. While the S4 large screen is nice for watching videos, the 3gs had better battery life and was much more comfortable as operating it with one hand was easier and it slid in and out of my pocket easier.
I like my S4, but will probably go back to a slightly smaller phone next time I change and it likely will be an iphone.

It's actually pretty widely known that a ton of new features that were on ios7 came from the jailbreak community and have been around for a while. Android basically got the ideas from the jailbreak community and implemented them before apple did.
