That LSU greenway thing looks cool. Reminds me of our trails here, except flat (which is great on a bicycle).
This is all dependent on where you went to school, and what you find appealing.
For example, Baton Rouge and Fayetteville are completely different vibes, and people like them for entirely different reasons.
Fayetteville is a mixture of the quaint, but a progressive, growing city. It has a little bit of a place like Oxford, with a little bit of a place like Austin.

I definitely agree.
Fayetteville/campus has a very urban-like feel to it. Hard to explain to someone who hasn't been there because it's still very quaint.
Yall's new bookstore/ parking garage is badass and fits in perfectly with the upbeat vibe y'all are going for. However, I'd be furious if LSU decided to build that abstract thing on our campus
