If athletes become employees by receiving a salary instead of a scholarship, will this negate Title IX requirements?

by receiving a salary

It will negate thier amateur status and the NCAA will not allow them to play.

A player's salary should be dependent on the amount of money their sport generates.

Just like the guy who works for the big successful company will make more money than the guy who's business doesn't have any customers.

Almost all of the women's sports wouldn't even exist if not by decree of law.

Basically football and men's basketball make the money, everybody else can go jump in a lake.

The Department of Education would have to declare them employees, which isn't going to happen. So, no.
