you can't get unbiased answers with this type of OP but having said that:
The answer is the 2011 rematch. multiple rematches happen all the time in basketball. As the OP comes close to noting multiple teams could play up to four times per year if they played twice in the regular season, once in the conference tournament and again at some point in the NCAA or NIT.
The reason that the BCS was viewed as an improvement over the previous college football system was its ability to match up teams that would not have been otherwise able to settle the issue on the field. Bama had their chance in the regular season. Oklahoma State (despite the superior resume when you look at wins and ranked opponents beaten/faced) was deprived of their opportunity. Judging by how the 2003 USC loss to a pretty bad Cal team was generally ignored by voters this treatment never would have happened if Ok State had been a premiere name (note USC lost in the computers but won the voters whereas Ok State won the computers but lost the voters).

Playing UK for a 4th time would be a shitty break for UF but I wouldn't call it egregious since UK would have to make their way out of the toughest quarter of the the bracket to get there.
