I'm just saying it's a poor statistic in an area where there are no good statistics. College degrees can't be accurately measured in dollar signs like they may have been ack in the 50's and 60's. At this point, they're nothing more than completion certificates. The individual holds all the value, not the institution.

I don't see any way to evaluate the worth of a college degree in anything but dollar signs. Your argument is nonsensical. There is no worth to a degree besides what extra money it can make me in contract negotiations.
