Im 31.. In the beginning they worked. Got fired. I paid for the real estate courses for them to try to better themself since that was what they aspired to do. But for the past 3 1/2 months all they do is sit at home on fb and run up behind me with text/calls

Sounds like this person brings nothing to the table. Break up with them or you deserve what you get.

UPDATE: The other party brought their parents into the relationship to talk to us and they suggested counseling.. 
This whole weekend, the other party, has been whining, crying, moping around and looking for attention from parents n friends.
