Does the SEC have the most dangerous teams in the tourney?

Florida has been winning all year, Kentucky just knocked off a top seed, and Tennessee has blown out their two opponents since the play in game. The confidence level is pretty darn high right now.

No one wants to play any of these teams right now

Considering the SEC is the first conf. to go 7-0 in the tourney so far....yeah I'd say so.

Florida should be favored to make the final four with their draw and the upsets in their bracket. Kentucky actually beat Louisville once already so they should be favored to make the elite 8. Tennessee? I have no idea.

Louisville is a 5.5 point favorite. Vegas loves Louisville.

1.5 dog to Michigan. So in other words Vegas has no idea.

I know, but people who saw the first game generally think differently IMO.
People have been high on Louisville because they were better last year IMO. It was no accident Kentucky won the first time.

Neither do we honestly man, but I love how this team is playing right now. Mich. Definitely deserves to be favored, but we're dangerous right now. Josh Richardson has really, really stepped up for us in the dance.

Completely agree. Kentucky's guards gave Louisville's problems with their size. Julius Randle didn't play the entire 2nd half because of cramps and was absolutely dominant in the 1st half. The only guy who could guard him is no longer on Louisville's team.

Kentucky's big guys, especially Randle, are gonna get Montrezl Harrell in foul trouble and it's gonna be tough for Louisville to get rebounds. If the Harrison twins can bother the Louisville guards with their size and throw off their rhythm it could be a tough day and a loss for Louisville.
That's a game I really wanted to pick in my bracket but I let the talking heads talk me into picking Louisville.

I'm currently 857th in ESPN right now, but having Kentucky in the Final four may come back to bite me in the arse

Hey you might end up looking like the smartest guy in the room. It's all about matchups and UK, with their size, matches up really well with Louisville and Michigan.

Sort of why I picked them in the first place and have them losing to Arizona in the final four. I just kept looking at the match ups in these possible games and thought Kentucky's size gave them a serious advantage.

Tennessee seems to have different guys step up every game. Their experience is paying off. The Vols are lethal right now.

That's a great way to look at it
Also the reason I have Baylor in the elite 8 with Arizona. I felt their length and athleticism would shut down the smaller, more 3 point oriented Creighton and Wisconsin.

Did the exact same thing
That Baylor/Creighton game makes me pretty confident in them beating Wiscy especially after seeing how Oregon's athleticism bothered Wisconsin.

Right now I feel like we can beat anyone in the country which is pretty amazing given how wild our season has been. My worry is that we're not playing again until Friday and dammit I don't want us to cool off.

I want y'all to win Friday, but in the back of my mind I am scared of how Tennessee matches up with Kentucky. The big difference in this years match up was that Tennessee really struggled from the outside. They have really had some guys step up in that area so far.
Randle vs. Stokes would be awesome though.
