In all fairness we're about as reliable as most sports media out there today but that says more about the horrible state of sports media than it does about the trustworthiness of tRant. 
Hear a rumor? Is is supported by any two of the following?
-Random dude's twitter
-Some reddit post
-BR
-SECRant
If so = fact.
That seems to be all people need these days.
