Installing the up-tempo offense is a task, especially when you go from being a pro style team that eats up the clock.
Based on reports I read, the offense started out alright, but got shaky towards the middle-end of practice because of fatigue. These guys aren't used to finishing a play, and sprinting straight to the LOS. Coaches have been talking to them about it, but it is a completely different ball game when you actually start doing it. I expect they will progress and have it down by the end of Spring. It is just a process.

Indeed...but the reports from the last few years of being "just slightly off" of where we wanted to be got a little taxing. It's nice to hear that there is work to be done, and the steps are being taken to better the team.
I am really excited to see what changes are made by the O&B game.
