14. Auburn

Why the hell would Pearl go to the worst basketball school in the SEC? Zero talent nearby, fans don't care about bball, 9k seat gymnasium, etc, etc.
I wish a school like Tennessee or Mizzou would have hired him out of the SEC so he could live up to his potential.

Just a friendly reminder that Barbee took 2/3 against USCe this year and kicked your arse the two years before this year as well.

You have Martin and you are bitching about Auburn. You should worry about your own impending coaching search. It's coming in a year or two.

We are the worst. Auburn at least has Charles Barkley and a few good seasons to brag about. We have one sweet 16. That's it. Plus we have the worst arena by far right now

Does Memphis produce more hoops talent than Atlanta?

Oh, this, this is nice.

This is just like your rant on Auburn football and the new coaching hires just a year ago. I believe you said Arkansas and Tennessee were better hires before and during the season.

Maybe in the last 2 years, but if we're talking all time we are at least top half of the league

We're too low.

1. We have one of the top three coaches in the league
2. We're in the Carolinas, a region known for basketball greatness
3. We won the ACC that one time.

Easily a top five program.

How old are you? 11?

Carolina is easily at the bottom with Ole Miss.

Are you talking all time? One could easily make an argument that LSU is top 4.

LSU has 4 final 4's
9 sweet 16's
20 NCAA tourney appearances
10 conference titles

The top 2 PG's and scorers in the history of the college game(Chris Jackson, Pete Maravich)

Bob Pettit- 2nd player ever to average 30 PTs/Game.

The NCAA Leader in points for a career. Likely never to be broken.(Pistol Pete Maravich)

The greatest and most dominant center to play the game. (Shaq)

8 SEC player of the years
