or if he doesn't when right away will everyone claim he's a shitty coach in over his head.

I mean, he's not taking over a great situation with a loaded roster.

He will win right away. He always does.

Took a 15 win Tennessee team and turned them in to a 2 seed in year 1.

He is the best in the nation at scheduling OOC games to manipulate RPI and he will coach circles around the buffoons that patrol the sidelines in this league. He will win 20+.

But he's competing in a currently mid-teir hoops conference. I suspect he's going to win a lot of games right off the bat.
