Basically, deeprig9 (who has claimed that his bbq is the best in Athens, Ga) was cooking some ribs and blogging about it here........and Christopher (who claims to be able to cook better ribs than deeprig on top of a rock if he had to) started talking shite about deeprig's methods........so I just suggested that we have a Rib-off smackdown to decide which one of them is King......

......but then other people wanted in on the competition and it just sort of took off from there.


And so now, we have 9 people who are going to smoke ribs and blog about it here........for the chance to be Dawgrant Rib-off Grand Champion or something like that.
