Agreed, TX is a football first state, KY is a basketball first. Exception is with the women as the one thing the B1g 12 did right was win in the Big 12 with the women. Baylor in 05 & 12, Texas in 86, Texas Tech in 93, and Texas A&M in 11 have all won at least 1 NC.
