I'm thinking about actually taking her out to a business lunch that I pay for... so that at least she knows I'm trying to do the best for her...

I've had her try to pay me almost 1 and 1/2 times what I deserved on a pay check to shorting me about the same amount... I've been honest every time, and she now respects me for it. But this has got to stop.

I don't wanna waste my time or hers making sure I'm getting paid the right amount for the hours I worked...

Also, she can't make a schedule for shite... I don't know why... maybe it's cause she is trying to appease everyone, maybe it's cause she's got so much else to deal with... but we have 2 stores, and when i have to ask... So who is closing this store tonight? (cause no one is scheduled to) or did we decide to keep store 2 open an hour later now? (cause it usually closes at 6, but she has me closing it at 7 on the schedule).... then there is an issue... and she needs help.

And yes.... it is possible my boss is just an idiot... but she also is super nice, appreciates her employees, realizes she doesn't know everything, and tries to listen and hire people that can help her... and to me that is very smart of a boss or manager.

She'd probably take what I'm saying her pretty well, it's just hard to tell your boss they need your help... it's much easier if they just ask.

Well, you could start the conversation with "I quit and here's why"...

Takes the pressure off for sure. Candid discussion. either she takes you back and asks you to help her, or at least she knows the problem and you had a candid exit interview!
