She has gone pretty crazy over the last two years. Yea, she said it.
I'm not sure what causes that in people. Is it money? Is it greed? Is it an inflated self worth?

You said her parents have apologized for her in the past,, so I'd assume she wasn't "raised like this"? Have you provided her with a completely different and materialistic life that she didn't have before? Have her "friends" been divorcing a lot? In these divorces,, mucho money, things, etc., been changing hands?
