My wife was nearly lured into one. Obviously I don't know your financial situation or the dynamics of your marriage.
But for me it was the very rare occassion where I told her I did not respect her decision. I told her no, and whatever resentment she held against me was worth it. It didn't take long for her to get over it. She realized I was right.

I mean, we're military--financially, we're always looking for a way to make another buck or two, I won't lie
I've warned her not to think of it as being a get-rich-quick or even a profit-quick scheme. She knows I'm not crazy about it (nearly got lured into the Advocare game in college), but if she wants to dabble with her own "fun money," as we like to call it in our budget, she can knock herself out as far as I'm concerned.
