Nah, I wouldn't call it "hurt feelings;" it's more about having someone who is trustworthy, impartial, and exercises good judgment in such a position of power, and holding ones in those positions accountable for their actions, and yes, their public statements. The citizens (voters) in his district actually have one less "problem," now.
