Mint sprigs
3 pineapple wedges
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz bourbon

Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simple syrup. Add the bourbon and ice, and shake. Strain into glass filled with ice and stir.
