We are beyond giddy to be in this conference. Yeah I told the story a couple of times while over there that I hadn't missed an SC home game since the 'Bama game in 2005 and now if I get into A&M this 1st home game I'll miss will be A&M @ SC.

Its a 2 year program, so I'll at least get to see SC play at Kyle Field once.

eta: Given the distance A&M-SC have no ill-will towards each other and I think the cultures of each state mesh well. The fans will get along well and the state of SC as a whole has a richer military tradition than most people would think so I imagine there would be a great appreciation for A&M's military tradition. Especially if they decide to bring the band out to Columbia.
