Two things:
1. Hunt feral hogs from a helicopter.
2. After I retire I'm going to buy a used Class C motorhome and hit every Texas A&M game in a season. It might be College Station, then Columbia, SC, then CS, then Tuscaloosa, CS, Oxford, etc. I actually enjoy driving and seeing new scenery, so I'd actually prefer this to flying. I could stop and check out all the historical stuff on the way to new venues.

I've done most of mine, but the number one is still out there.

Hiking in, rafting out of Aniakchak, a volcanic (active) caldera in the Aleutian Range. Weather is so bad only 25-100 people a year make it there and we've been weathered out twice.

Given its remote location and challenging weather conditions, Aniakchak is one of the most wild and least visited in places in the National Park System. This landscape is a vibrant reminder of Alaska's location in the volcanically active "Ring of Fire" as it is home to an impressive six mile (10 km) wide, 2,500 ft (762 m) deep caldera formed during a massive volcanic eruption 3,500 years ago.
