Next year, it is all on the defense. No more excuses. Mark Snyder needs to show improvement and incoming guys like Myles Garrett should make his job easier. 8-4 should be the expectation with a new QB and all.

Yeah, the defensive improvement next year will likely be minimal. We still have no depth at corner and safety, all three starting linebackers will likely be underclassmen and out Dline rotation will include 6 underclassmen.

There it is.

I think the offense will be fine. It won't be must-watch-TV w/o Manziel, but I think they'll still score plenty of points. Defense might actually be pretty good, but that's putting a lot on freshmen and redshirts. I expect 2015 to be our year. But if the defense exceeds expectations...
