re: OT: Anyone ever quit tobacco use here?

This July will be 5 years since I quit. Promised my son I would quit and my wife quite the year before. Smoked for 26 years. I had to use Chantex. I still love the smell of smoke but it doesn't trigger my craving for one, strange I know. My toughest part is when I was drinking. Every time I wanted one I would grab another beer. So I would walk around with 2 beers for a while. The habit of smoking was harder to break then the cravings. Best of luck to ya.
