I quit smoking for 6 months cold turkey till someone in my family stuck a gun in their mouth.
I'm back smoking again.
As long as you don't have any stessers you should be able to get through it.

Just quit the other day smoking but I have been chewing just trying to break the habit of going outside and putting a smoke to my mouth. Going very well so far. I know that's not quitting but I think for Mr its not smoking that's addicting I think its the social aspect or the boredom for me. Will dump the chew after a month see how it goes. Anyone else feel the same way?
