Quit smoking 3 years ago, will never touch again, can't stand them now.
Cold turkey, mind over matter, take control of your brain and resist the urges/cravings. If you want to quit bad enough you can control it, it's your brain and your body. Be tough.
Pretty much all I can say about it, would get a craving and nearly break down and go buy a pack and I'd stop myself and get a grip, say frick that I don't want one and I'm not going to get one frick off and go occupy your time.
May sound dumb idk. Worked.
