I have three guns, a motion sensitive camera in my living room and an alarm system.
The area can be sketchy, just have to stay on the West side of 288, it was convenient commute for both my wife's and I's work at the time.
Thankfully I'm starting a new job in a few weeks and as soon as our lease is up we will be moving.

Honestly it's not that bad. It's close enough to the med center that crime generally stays away from us
