Yeah it all depends on where you are here. I have a place in Lee County and land goes for 25-50k an acre.

I also have Cabin in Mitchell County and its more like 5K/ACRE.

Just wondering... not too crazy about the neighbors living right on top of you. I like to shoot and hunt and neighbors don't really appreciate that. I like to live right outside of town so I can still take advantage of the city life if I want it.
