idk about the price on land..but yea there are some great schools in Nooga. UTC is also there if your kids are pushing college age.

I'd guess that land is not nearly as much as land clsoer to nashville. But idk for sure on that.

Yeah it all depends on where you are here. I have a place in Lee County and land goes for 25-50k an acre.

I also have Cabin in Mitchell County and its more like 5K/ACRE.

Just wondering... not too crazy about the neighbors living right on top of you. I like to shoot and hunt and neighbors don't really appreciate that. I like to live right outside of town so I can still take advantage of the city life if I want it.
