With the Wednesday announcement of the CBS Sports Network college baseball television schedule, the Alabama baseball team will receive two more games as part of the agreement. In addition to the two CBSSN games, the Crimson Tide will also appear on television twice during their trip to Texas A&M and once when they make the trip to play Louisiana-Lafayette.
With the five additional games and the seven previous television games as part of the Southeastern Conference and ESPN television package, the Crimson Tide will now appear on television 12 times during the 2014 season.
Alabama will make its first television appearance of the season on Saturday, March 1, when the Tide plays its second game of the three-game series against nationally ranked Louisiana-Lafayette. The game will be produced by a Lafayette local station, MyKLAF and will also be televised on ESPN3. First pitch will remain at 2 p.m. CT from M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.
The first two games of the SEC series at Texas A&M will be televised by FSN Southwest and the game times will not be adjusted. First pitch for the series opener in College Station will be at 6 p.m. CT from Blue Bell Park. Game two will also be televised on FSN Southwest, with first pitch coming at 2 p.m.
CBS Sports will cover seven games during the SEC baseball season, with two including the Crimson Tide, first when Alabama hosts nationally ranked Florida on Saturday, May 3. The game time for the second game of the series against the Gators will now be at 3 p.m. CT, up one hour from its original start time. The final series of the season against Mississippi State will now have a second game televised, as CBSSN will produce the middle game of the series, with first pitch remaining at 6 p.m. CT.

Love all of these TV games, and it'll only get better with the SEC Network coming next year.
