There are hundreds of assistants in the SEC. It's probably very easy to pick out the ones you know are fools and go get them to say something foolish, and then publish an article that suggests that all SEC schools will recruit in this manner.

Thayer is attempting here to paint the entire conference as a bunch of bigots. Because he is Thayer and thats what he does. Ask Auburn fans. Ask Oklahoma State fans. AsK LSU fans. This man is the posterchild of journalistic trolls.

No college program will sue a journalist today. Too much discovery could unearth some secrets like HS transcripts changing, suits, chargers, Church contributions, iPhones, etc
