I believe Jesus' was a real person who very well may have thought he was the son of God. In addition, I believe his followers genuinely believed in his divinity or some form of divine power/authority. I believe all were deluded first century Hebrews who had some very good ideas on how to treat your fellow man.

I see .. uneducated? not able to see through a hoax in over 3 years of being around him daily? Jesus just thought he was, as in a little off in the head?

There is an issue with that. Your position means that you offer proof of that. Rules are simple. You can use the text to show his actions clearly make him a little off and thought he was the son of God. In fact, use what you will.

Additionally, there is no historical proof that any of the disciples existed, that any of them died for being Christian, etc. It's not even an established fact they died for their faith.

Oh, but the Bible is in fact historical documents. Not to mention, the writings of the first century church are in fact historical documents. Out side of those, we do have historical jewish documents(non christian).

ANT. 18.5.2 Talks of the arrest of John the Baptist and his fate. Again, non christian writings. Not only that, it confirms many of the details with in the NT.

Ant. 18.3.3 Talks about Jesus.

Ant 20.9.1 Mention Jesus and James.

You attempt to find issue with what you assert to be a lack of historical documents that mention these people.

1- You do have it in historical documents.
2- Yes those are from that area, where else would you expect the data to come from?

Your argument holds no water regardless because as a Christian, you believe Islam is a lie and yet millions have died for it through the centuries. Most of Muhammads closest followers were executed in one way or another.

Flawed. Did Muhammad claim to be the Messiah? That answer is no. Did he clim to be the son of God? No. Did those around him make that claim? No. Did they die propping up a lie that Muhammad was raised from the dead? No.

Muhammad was unifying an established religion. He was considered a prophet. Islam had many prophets prior to him.

No where near the same. Jesus Claimed to be the Son of God. The Messiah. The Apostles wrote of the events, believed those events and died believing those events.
