I agree ...but that has everything to do with those people's choices, not the places. Legislating morality only makes it illegal, it doesn't change peoples morals. If people want to gamble, they're going to find some place, some way to do it.

If we're going to do that, start with the Federal Reserve. Its very existence depends upon debt.
