3 from TN, 3 from GA, 7 from FL.
That's almost half the class.
Last year we got 2 from those states.
Thanks for your interest in Mizzou football

Congrats. Maybe next year you'll pull more than 1 top 50 recruit from Ga.

As a point of reference... I heard on the radio that Missouri never pulled a Texas recruit that received a Longhorn offer during our XII days. Not one. So the fact we held onto Nate Brown, Tavon Ross and our other early commits (who later received home state offers) is indeed significant.

Not surprised; Florida has a ton of kids. Of those 7, only Rocel McWilliams got an offer from us, and that was a pretty late run on our part. The other six didn't get offers from Florida, F$U, or I think even Miami.
Not saying they will suck, just that there are a lot of decent-to-pretty-good kids coming out of high school down here. It's one of those states like Texas or California where the sheer numbers mean you're going to see a lot of players from those states all over the place. If Florida or Free Shoes doesn't come knocking, or one of the bigger SEC programs, why not head to Mizzou if they do?
