We get what you're saying. But at the end of the day the kid gets to go to college when he might not have had a chance to. Either way, that's a feel good story. Plus, I guarantee you he has it in his head that he can come back from the injury, nobody but Alabama is giving him that chance.

At the end of the day, the kid gets into a great school for free and I truly hope he makes the best of it. But there is no frickin' way Saban will ever free up a scholarship for this kid to actually play.

I mean, c'mon.

That having been said, Saban is playing it extremely smart, as always.
