Congrats. I really would have liked for LSU to sign this kid, mostly because YSTAR says he sucks.

I thought the thing that was most funny was that, he only had UGA, LSU, UF hats on the table, says afterwards LSU was his 2nd choice but after he commits to UGA the first like 10 media tweets I see say "UGA lands Carter over bama". I keep forgetting every big time recruit is bama's to lose..
