Really solid LB coach who the players liked a lot. Very hands on and the LBs definitely showed progress and improvement over the course of the year.

Can't comment too much on the recruiting prowess since he wasn't even here for a full recruiting cycle but he is apparently solid on that end also.

I loved his energy and hands on approach. The players loved to play for him and like the others have stated he was one coach I wanted to keep as well. Definitely a solid hire for you guys.
