Pre conference I thought they looked to be in tier 2 with LSU, Missouri. Neither of those teams have been world beaters either but I didn't expect Arkansas to come out 2-5.

Figured they would finish 9-9ish.

Not sure why they continue to play so many poor OOC home games year after year.

Hoped for better, this is pretty much what I feared it would be like.

not surprised at all.

We have a bunch of pussies for players and dumbasses for coaches. They have no heart and no will to close out games. The have shitty fundamentals and cant even hit freethrows. So we are exactly what I expected. a borderline Nit team that will probably get left out.

Arkansas is a bottom tier SEC program in basketball and football.

Its just the way it is and will be for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, I'm a little surprised. I predicted they would lose their first 5 conference games. I didn't think they had any hope of pulling off that win against Kentucky.

Considering Qualls, Bell, Harris, have been largely MIA in production during SEC play. While the rest outside of Madden have been extremely inconsistent.

Not really.

Everyone knew it wasn't going to be good when Ricky Scott started the first SEC game.

I'm surprised that they are racing toward Auburn and SC in the standings. I'd have never guessed that. MA's a good coach.

I am shocked. I thought we would finish 3-5 in the conference. I guess my hopes were far too high.

Arkies are suffering from the swine fever, a curse laid upon them years ago by one of the original G voodooers ...

I honestly had no clue what to expect. It kinda comes with the territory when you have to rely on incoming freshmen to start and make an impact. Portis will be a beast as long as he stays here, we just need guards. Some depth inside behind Portis wouldn't hurt.

Surprised that Arkansas came into the year with preseason hype only to crash and burn? Yes, I'm shocked.

Meh....

Hogs are 2-5 in league play and outside of opening on the road at aTm, haven't gotten blown out.

Things are a bit different if Arkansas is 3-0 in OT games instead of 1-2. Just could close the door at UGA and at home against Florida.

Team needs a true PG in the worst way.

Sad thing for the SEC is, a 2-5 league team is second in the league in RPI top 50 wins with 3.
