I don't see how Kasim Reed is to blame. He cant do anything about bad decisions made on behalf of all of the suburban leaders.

He is the mayor, this was not handled well. How is he absolved of any responsibility?

I am in Gwinnett and things aren't that bad out here, not sure what suburban leaders you are talking about, Atlanta surface streets are still a disaster and they are the first ones that start getting cleared in the whole damn state.

Keep in mind though, he is a horrible, piece of shite, corrupt, criminal, worthless imbecile of a sham of a mayor. I will absolutely pile anything negative I can on him. He makes Bill Campbell look as pure as the driven snow in comparison. When he got reelected, my faith (what little bit there was) in Atlanta residents disappeared completely.
