Out of curiosity, how many top 5 recruiting classes has MSU had in the last 4 years? Not taking a jab, just don't follow MSU recruiting

We don't need top classes to win SEC tourneys, Regionals, Super Regionals, and in Omaha.

Our coaching staff actually recruits players who fit our system and develop them into all SEC players.

Look at our last 2 first round picks

Chris Stratton not drafted out of HS in Tupelo MS plays 3 at State becomes all SEC and is a 1st rounder

Hunter Renfroe drafted like in the 40somethingth round goes to state rides the pine as a FR, struggles but shows promise as a Soph gradually improving, is All SEC, and all American as a Sr drafted in the 1st round.

This year look for Brandon Woodruff to follow suit along with Jonathan Holder.

Since Cohen got here I would say we have finished in the top 5 more times than not and after the draft our 2013 class was ranked 2.
