Going by the averages-

Higher than Clem and SC (3 and 4) but lower than USCw (10). Not sure what their point rating is on the far right, or how that works.

By the actual averages it should be

Bama
Michigan
USCw
AnM
FSU
PennSt
UGA
AU
Texas
UCLA


We are still 7 but not sure what/how that point system on the right column works to get their rankings.

It's a distribution curve. It's meant to reward both quantity and quality. All commits count in the rankings, but the highest rates commits are given more weight in the formula. If you go to the class calculator you can see how it works.
