Shell gas stations used to be a pretty good option as well, as the bathrooms were private. I'm not sure if that's still the case though. Since I've gotten my IBS under control, I rarely lay cable in public bathrooms. Hotel lobbies are clutch places though.

Gas stations are freaking hit or miss honestly, but in an emergency I will drop one there.
