Yes of course, like it's been said, I don't plan on licking my arse skin afterwards.
As someone on the road a lot, here are some great places to take a public dump...
1) Hotel lobby. Usually very clean and private. Doesn't matter if you are staying there, just stroll in and use it. As long as you don't look like a hobo, nobody will say a word.
2) McDonald's (the newer ones) Private and usually kept pretty clean.

Shell gas stations used to be a pretty good option as well, as the bathrooms were private. I'm not sure if that's still the case though. Since I've gotten my IBS under control, I rarely lay cable in public bathrooms. Hotel lobbies are clutch places though.
