I've been pulled over MANY times by both Arky & LA troopers (among others), and the Arky troopers are the worst, by far. I've gotten out of tickets from LA, Bama, MS, & TX,

Well, yeah, I know. I never said I wasn't guilty of speeding. It's just that the Arky troopers are all hard assed about it.
(PARTICULARLY the ones in SEARK.)
