Yea truth but man that was heart breaking. We have always had good games against KY in the tournament. A few years before that we put them out because of a lane violation which gave us the ball and we drilled a game winning 3. I agree though, even less than 10 years ago the SEC was so much better. FL, KY, Bama, Arky, State, LSU, and Vandy were legit.

In the same way that Florida and Texas HS football players often look more developed than their northern counterparts, Northern b-ball recruits are just better players fundamentally. Without Midwest and NE recruits, the state of Kentucky will never see another b-ball championship. With them... well, they keep winning.
