Just started the other day and I'm loosely following the diet plan(I don't feel like spending $400 at the store.) How much drinking do I have to cut out to see results? Since I pulled in the reigns a little I tend to drink 2-3 nights a week, and either rum or whiskey. If drinking that amount is going to negate everything else then I'll cut back a good bit.

I'd think that wouldn't affect it too much but I'd be safe and not drink more than twice a week.

I have thought about signing up for a gym for a couple of weeks. Pretty good mental exercise. I have actually lost 2 pounds since the holidays just because I am not eating like a slob. Need to lose like 15 more to get back to my usual sexy bod.

Don't want Heath leaving me for another man. NIH has been eyeing him.

A dietician would probably say this is dumb but when I hit the diet hard to cut down, I only drink 1 night a week (usually Saturday) but I binge it like a mofo . I kinda consider it a "cheat night". I also try to eat really clean that day so w/alcohol included, I don't hit over 2,500 calories. That method has never seemed to hurt my progress. I do it pretty much every spring.
