So 5 and 6 don't have offers because you aren't actually offering anything

It's you have an offer, but before we can take your commitment we have to wait to see if we are gonna get the player that's better than you first. If we don't get the better player, then we'll take you. You don't mind waiting a year to see if we really want you do you?
